Yes. Unclip one end and fold that side over — your dog steps into the footwell and up onto the seat the way he normally would. Fold the last side down, push the seat anchor in, and clip it to the headrest. About an extra minute.

The mesh window between the front seats allows air to flow into the back and gives your dog a clear view forward.
You can still slide and adjust the driver and passenger seats. If you move either seat significantly, check the headrest straps afterward and tighten them if needed.
Your dog can also see through the side windows, depending on their height and your vehicle’s window position. If your rear air vents sit very low on the center console, the cover may partially overlap them—but the mesh window still helps air circulate into the back.
