Shipping policy

PawpyStuff sells both in-stock products and pre-order/restock products. The delivery timeline shown on the product page, in your cart, at checkout, and in your order confirmation applies to your order. We proudly offer free shipping on qualifying orders. 🚗🐾

PROCESSING TIMES

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing is the time we need to prepare your order before handing it to the carrier. It does not include delivery transit time.

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times begin after your order is processed and handed to the carrier.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx), when available: 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect transit times.

PRE-ORDERS

Some products are offered as pre-orders or restocks. These items are not in stock at the time of purchase and ship once inventory arrives.

  • Pre-order items are charged at checkout to reserve your unit and secure your place in the fulfillment queue.
  • Estimated U.S. pre-order delivery: 30–90 calendar days from the order date. Most arrive within 30–45 calendar days.
  • The pre-order timeline shown on the product page and at checkout applies to your order.
  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.

To cancel a pre-order before shipment, email support@trypawpystuff.com with your order number.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number (please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders). Tracking can take 3–5 business days to begin updating. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Your Order page.

WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS

PawpyStuff products ship from our U.S. and Asia fulfillment partners depending on stock availability. Your tracking number reflects the carrier handling your shipment.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, email support@trypawpystuff.com with your order number and corrected details as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the address and are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your delivery location, confirm the address on your order, and contact your local carrier with your tracking number. Carrier tracking showing a delivered status is treated as confirmation of delivery. If you still need help, email support@trypawpystuff.com.

UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

We are not responsible for packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable. If an order is returned for these reasons, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment or a refund of the product cost.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

When a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

HOLIDAY SEASON

During October, November, and December we experience higher order volume, and processing or delivery times may run longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
