PawpyStuff 5-Year Replacement Warranty
We stand behind the CozyRider™ for the long haul.
If anything happens to your CozyRider2.0™ OR CozyRider3.0™
within 5 years of your purchase, we’ll replace it for free.
That includes rips, tears, broken clips, broken zippers, broken straps, seam issues, or any other damage that affects how your CozyRider™ works.
To request a replacement, simply contact our support team with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A photo or short video showing the issue
- Your current shipping address
Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement CozyRider™.
This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of your original purchase and applies to products purchased directly from PawpyStuff or an authorized PawpyStuff seller.
The 5-year warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or products purchased secondhand.
Our goal is simple: if your CozyRider™ doesn’t hold up like it should, we’ll make it right.
