PROCESSING TIMES
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing is the time we need to prepare your order before handing it to the carrier. It does not include delivery transit time.

PRE-ORDERS
Some products are offered as pre-orders or restocks. These items are not in stock at the time of purchase and ship once inventory arrives.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number (please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders). Tracking can take 2–5 business days to begin updating. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Your Order page.
WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS
PawpyStuff products ship from our U.S. and Asia fulfillment partners depending on stock availability. Your tracking number reflects the carrier handling your shipment.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, email support@trypawpystuff.com with your order number and corrected details as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the address and are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your delivery location, confirm the address on your order, and contact your local carrier with your tracking number. Carrier tracking showing a delivered status is treated as confirmation of delivery. If you still need help, email support@trypawpystuff.com.
UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
We are not responsible for packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable. If an order is returned for these reasons, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment or a refund of the product cost.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
When a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

My dog has cancer and has been accepted into a cancer study. We live in Colorado and had to drive to Salt Lake City for the Treatment. He has not traveled that far nor has he traveled without his dog siblings. The seat cover made a huge difference in getting him to settle down and feel comfortable for the ride.

LOVE the seat cover and cushion. I do wish the cushion had a little more "nubbies" on the back side so it would "stick" to the seat cover a little more. We took our two mini-Aussies on their first overnight road trip ever, and they were SO comfortable on the cushion and seat cover. With the seat belt locks we were very confident that they were safe as well.

We love it, i have a 2 year old bloodhound/walker mix he is 66.25 pounds he did not like cars he would panic, get sick. & just feel uneasy. This is the game changer. I saw this seat protector on line after researching a number of options. Because our dog is 75 pounds, with large paws, he could make a mess of the back seat. He is a Rottweiler mixed breed, rescued dog. He has been a bit stressed riding in the car at times, panting, pacing, nervous. It took me about 20 minutes from beginning to end to install this seat protector and adjust all the straps. The next morning when taking the dog for a ride he was immediately calm...no pacing or panting. I feel the rigid bottom that provides for a wider platform for him to rest was the key. Coupled with the soft cover, it's a winner. His claws won't be piercing the leather seats. This picture is of a wet dog, who is completely at ease now when riding in the car. I strongly recommend this product. Thank you.

Two large 90+ lb dogs seem to enjoy the firm base. I'm grateful that it contains the mess after long hikes and dogs swimming. The pockets are great for containing leashes, bags, and supplies. The clasps securely hold the seat cover in place. Very pleased with the purchase. Significantly better than other carseat covers for pets.

Actually I have a new dog, a rescue from off the street, who is still afraid of all moving vehicles and in truth has not tried it. The seat cover seems very well made, looks good and I feel certain he will enjoy it once he gets used to riding in the car.

Dog backseat car liner has a firm bottom. The pad makes things more cozy for my geratric and four year old dog
I have only used it once. I have 2 70lb boxers and they were very comfortable and adjusted quickly. My older boxer wasn't too happy about the mesh barrier between the front and back seat but she finally found a comfortable place and didn't try to jump over it .
